Tour Les Poissons is a skyscraper of mixed use, both residential and commercial, located west of Paris, France, in Courbevoie, near La Défense business district.
Built in 1970, the tower is 128-metres tall. A huge cylindrical, 22-metre high, concrete barometer was located on its roof, making its height reach 150 m. According to the atmospheric pressure, the spire was illuminated either in red, green or blue. The barometer was dismantled in 2006.
The tower offers an interesting design consisting of the merger of a smaller black tower in a larger white tower. The first thirty floors of the building are made of residential apartments, the last ten floors are dedicated to offices. The difference between residential and commercial floors is visible from the outside since the office part of the tower has wider windows.
